What measures have we put in place?

  • We have completed a very thorough COVID risk assessment.
  • The theatre has had a deep clean and we will be regularly cleaning all surfaces.
  • Hand sanitisers are readily available as are additional supplies of face masks.
  • We will be asking audience members to be kind enough to wear face masks in the auditorium and to try and maintain some social distance, where reasonable and possible.
  • Perspex screens have been installed at the box office, the bar and the coffee bar.
  • We have taken measures to improve ventilation and we will be keeping doors open as much as possible, before and after a performance and during the interval.

Welcoming you back safely

We are so happy to see you all again and we can’t wait for your next visit. We are also doing all we can to keep you as safe as possible during our productions. To do this, we ask that you:

  • Please wear a face mask all the time when you are in the auditorium.
  • Please wear a face mask as much as possible when you are in the foyers.
  • When collecting your tickets from the Box Office, please move through into the foyer to avoid a queue building up.
  • When at the bar, please use both serving points, to avoid a queue building up.
  • Please use all available space in the bar, coffee bar and studio to help avoid overcrowding where possible.

Lateral Flow Testing:

Government guidance published on the 17th November 2021 states:

“Rapid lateral flow testing continues to be available free of charge. You can get tests from pharmacies or online.

You are at higher risk of catching or passing on COVID-19 in crowded and enclosed spaces, where there are more people who might be infectious and where there is limited fresh air.

You may wish to take a rapid lateral flow test if it is expected that there will be a period of high risk that day. This includes spending time in crowded and enclosed spaces.”

With this in mind, you may wish to consider taking a lateral flow test before visiting us, for your own safety and that of others.

We update this page regularly, so please keep a look out for any updates.
