How Much are Tickets?

The prices of our tickets do not vary depending on your seat.

If you are a teacher and would like to bring your students to one of our performances, please contact our box office for further details.

Please be aware that ticket prices for musical productions carry an additional surcharge of £2 for adult tickets and £1 for junior tickets.

How Can I Book?


You can book your tickets for our current season here.


You can give our Box Office a call on 01322 526390.

Someone will be available to take your call between 8–9 pm from the Monday before a production opens and at the same times during the week a production is running. If you would like to do this, then please ensure you have your credit or debit card handy as we will need to take payment during your call.

At the Box Office

If you are a GWT member, you can also book tickets for future productions in person at the Box Office during the interval of each show.

Please do not consider any tickets booked until you have received confirmation from the Box Office.

When Can I Book?

If you are a member of the GWT, you can book for any production in our current season as far in advance as you like. If you are not a member, then you can book tickets for an upcoming production two weeks prior to opening night. If you would like to become a join our theatre family and enjoy our early booking benefit, then please visit our Join Us page.

When Should I Arrive?

All of our performances start at 7.45pm.

You can collect your tickets from the Box Office 45 minutes before the start of the performance.

Our bar and coffee bar open 30 minutes before the performance starts. You can grab a drink and relax before the show – and please feel free to order drinks for the interval.

We have excellent accessibility, including a seat for a wheelchair user, a lift to the upper level and an induction loop.

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations:

Cancelled performances

In the unlikely event of a cancelled performance, a full refund will be given unless an alternative date is available.

Seating changes

Unforeseen circumstances may mean that we have to alter or amend your seat allocation. If this happens, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.


Please be aware that latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may initially need to be seated in alternative seats, so as not to disturb other audience members.
